Cancellation Policy

You are doing the dang thing and I am so proud of you! Below I have included some of the retreat policies to understand. The following two documents will be delivered to you upon making a deposit or paying for the experience in full. 1. Retreat Contract 2. Retreat Information Form You will receive the full contract following your booking that goes deeper into details (this will be sent separately from me within 1-2 business days from booking. This is to ensure that I capture an agreed upon payment schedule, should you choose the payment option. Following your full booking (i.e. payment in full due 90 days or an agreed upon payment schedule ), you will receive my "Retreat Info Form " document. This will allow me to learn more about you, so that your week supports you in the way that you need (i.e.-what foods can you eat, preferences, sunrise, sunset lover?:)). A $500 non-refundable deposit secures your spot! Choose that, if you wish to pay in full later (deadlines applied). All payments must be made "in full" no later than 90 days prior to event date, assuming that a payment plan is not in motion. If a payment plan is agreed upon, the full payment must be made 60 days prior. Here are how refunds or cancellations are honored: $500 deposit is non-refundable Day 90 or greater prior to retreat start date= Full refund Day 90 - 60 prior to retreat start date = 50 % refund Day 60 - Day 0 prior to retreat start date = No refund By making a payment today, you agree that you understand this refund and cancellation policy.
