Welcome to Day 1 ~ The Arrival! Your journey begins as you are warmly welcomed by your private driver at the Phoenix Airport, alongside your new Love Shine Tribe. You'll be whisked to your luxurious villa and private resort, where you can immerse yourself in the loving and gentle energy that awaits you. As your private chef crafts a magical, heartfelt meal, take a moment to relax and settle in. Your private masseuse will be ready for you should you choose a mini relaxing session to unwind from traveling. Day 2 ~ The Love; Celebrating Your Authentic Self: A day dedicated to yourself with love in the serene surroundings of Sedona. Start your experience with our unique Love Shine Morning Practice, featuring meditation, gentle movement, and soul nourishment—all designed to awaken and start to remember all of the beauty you bring. After a hearty breakfast infused with love, indulge in a soothing full body massage, alongside a cold plunge, swim in the heated pool, meditation in the sauna, or a dip in the spa. As the day unfolds, revel in loving workshops, a delightful lunch, and a satisfying dinner, to continue to celebrate you. You will witness the magic of stargazing, reminding you of your worthiness and the loving energy that surrounds you. Receive one-one-one support with your love coach, Andrea, to begin your healing journey. Welcome to Day 3 ~ The Reset. Today, we’ll start with our Love Shine Morning and a magical breakfast. After, we will explore the aspects of your life, while addressing areas in love. Together, we’ll tap into the mind, intuition, and lean into the energy of nature to gain clarity and confidence. Prepare for tools, rejuvenating body work, and meals that align with our intentions for the day. We will bring in comfort and purpose to culminate in a heartfelt fire releasing ceremony under the stars! Get ready to plant new seeds in life and love.
Welcome to Day 4 ~ The Recharge. Today, we celebrate the empowering energy that surrounds us, igniting momentum and inspiration for new growth in love, whether it's self-love or new connections. We will go on an empowering hike in Sedona to absorb the grounding elements from nature. It's time to plant fresh seeds, knowing that nothing can stand in your way. Hi! I am your passionate and empowering Modern Love Coach specializing in the new wellness space of Love Health. I focus on areas of love in Self-Love, Relationships, Romance, Purpose, Grief and so much more. I am here to help you in your discovery of yourself so that you can align your life with the right people, places, and things that feel good. But most importantly so that you receive the love you need in life. I want you to feel joy in life, genuine happiness and have someone by your side when life presents the hard. Self-love is my focus. I built my career during major grief; two, back-to-back losses, My Mom and my Nana. I didn't do so by powering through life at full speed. I did so by slowing down and loving myself more and I am teaching others how to do it too:).
Years ago I discovered the magnetic power in women coming together in healing retreats. These were safe spaces to heal, grow, and support one another! At that time, I was navigating divorce and my re-entry into the dating world (another HUGE life transition). It was scary and I needed the right support system, but struggled to find it. The moment I discovered my first retreat in Costa Rica and booked it, my life changed. What I witnessed in myself and the women alongside of me was out of this world. I knew I wanted to be a part of this energy through leading and empowering women.
In 2022, I became inspired. I desired clarity, alignment, love, and kindness in life. I took a year off to travel the world and rediscover myself. I attended transformative retreats in Spain and Costa Rica, and explored new countries like New Zealand, Australia, Germany, and the Dominican Republic. I researched love, hired alignment mentors to deepen my knowledge, aligned with a great support team and rediscovered my true purpose. In 2024, I became a Certified Life and Love Coach, left my corporate job, and launched my company, Love Shine. Talk about taking a leap of faith!
